Who we are
We are Leovolution Ltd. We decide how your personal information is used. Under UK data protection law, that makes us the “controller”.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of anonymous information if you use Leo (see below).
When you use a form on this site, it opens your email app with a message addressed to us. If you press send, we receive your name, your email address and anything you write in that email. The forms don't collect anything else about you.
If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or message us on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook), we receive and keep what you send: usually your name, your contact details and your message.
If you use Leo, our virtual assistant, we save a few things. See Leo, our virtual assistant.
Why we use it
We use your details to:
- reply to you;
- add you to the waitlist and tell you about the next group;
- send you the free Leak Finder and answer questions about it;
- send you quotes and information you ask for;
- tell you occasionally about our own services, if you have contacted us about them. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will;
- understand what people need, and improve our website and service (including Leo).
We only use your details for the reasons above. We don't make automated decisions about you.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we need a legal reason to use your information. Ours are:
- Your consent. When you email us to join the waitlist or get the Leak Finder, you are asking us to contact you and agreeing that we can use your details for that. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Taking steps at your request. If you ask about joining the programme, we use your details to answer you and to agree things with you before any contract.
- Legitimate interests. When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media, you are asking us to get in touch. So we keep your details to reply, follow up, and send you quotes and updates about our own services. You can tell us to stop at any time. For Leo, we save a small amount of anonymous information so we can understand what visitors need and improve the website.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and no longer.
If you join the waitlist, that means until the group you asked about has opened and we have been in touch, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first. If you become a client, we keep our records for as long as the law requires.
What Leo saves is kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
Who sees it
Only us, Leslie and Fernando at Leovolution Ltd, plus the services that store it for us. We will never sell your details or give them to anyone else to use for their own purposes, and we don't share them for advertising.
Your emails sit in our email account, so our email provider stores them for us. WhatsApp and social media messages stay in those apps, unless we copy details into our own records to reply to you. What Leo saves is stored in Notion, and passes through our website host, Vercel. We only share your details with anyone else if the law says we must, or if you are a client and it is needed to do the work. We would tell you first.
Leo, our virtual assistant
Leo is the chat helper on our website. Leo is a virtual assistant, not a person, and not an AI model. You use Leo by tapping buttons; the only thing you can type is feedback, and nothing you type is sent to any AI service. Leovolution Ltd (Leslie and Fernando) runs Leo.
What Leo does not ask for
Leo never asks for your name or contact details. The chat itself is not kept. When you close Leo, the conversation is cleared from your screen.
What we save
- the date;
- the language you used;
- which parts of Leo you opened;
- any feedback you send, and the part of the site it is about.
Before we save anything, we automatically remove email addresses, phone numbers and web addresses. We can't remove names automatically, so Leo asks you not to type yours.
What we do not save
- your IP address;
- your name or contact details;
- Leo's replies.
Leo stores nothing in your browser. It uses no cookies and no local storage.
Where it goes
What we save is kept in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA), in a private Leovolution workspace. It reaches Notion through our website host, Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA).
Why, and how long
We use it only for analytics and to improve our website and service. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for marketing or advertising.
We keep it for 12 months. After that, it is deleted automatically in a daily clean-up.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests. We want to understand what visitors need, so we can improve the website.
Asking us to delete your feedback
You can ask us to delete your feedback. Email support@leovolution.ai. Nothing we save identifies you, so please tell us roughly when you used Leo and what you wrote. Then we can find it.
Leo, nuestro asistente virtual (en español)
Leo es el ayudante de chat de nuestra web. Leo es un asistente virtual, no una persona, y no es un modelo de IA. Leo se usa con botones; lo único que puedes escribir son comentarios, y nada de lo que escribes se envía a ningún servicio de IA. Lo gestiona Leovolution Ltd (Leslie y Fernando).
Lo que Leo no pide
Leo nunca te pide tu nombre ni tus datos de contacto. La conversación no se guarda. Cuando cierras Leo, la conversación desaparece de tu pantalla.
Lo que guardamos
- la fecha;
- el idioma que usaste;
- qué partes de Leo abriste;
- los comentarios que envíes, y la parte de la web a la que se refieren.
Antes de guardar nada, quitamos automáticamente las direcciones de correo, los números de teléfono y las direcciones web. No podemos quitar los nombres de forma automática, así que Leo te pide que no escribas el tuyo.
Lo que no guardamos
- tu dirección IP;
- tu nombre ni tus datos de contacto;
- las respuestas de Leo.
Leo no guarda nada en tu navegador. No usa cookies ni almacenamiento local.
Dónde se guarda
Lo que guardamos se almacena en Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., EE. UU.), en un espacio de trabajo privado de Leovolution. Llega a Notion a través del servidor de nuestra web, Vercel (Vercel Inc., EE. UU.).
Para qué y cuánto tiempo
Lo usamos solo para analizar el uso y para mejorar nuestra web y nuestro servicio. No lo vendemos y no lo usamos para marketing ni publicidad.
Lo conservamos durante 12 meses. Después se borra automáticamente con una limpieza diaria.
Nuestra base legal
Interés legítimo. Queremos entender qué necesitan las personas que visitan la web, para poder mejorarla.
Pedir que borremos tus comentarios
Puedes pedirnos que borremos tus comentarios. Escribe a support@leovolution.ai. Nada de lo que guardamos te identifica, así que dinos más o menos cuándo usaste Leo y qué escribiste. Así podremos encontrarlo.
Christmas funnel try-out
The free try-out at leovolution.ai/christmas asks questions about your business. You can add a logo and up to two photos. The page then shows draft versions of a Christmas sales page.
All of this happens only in your own web browser. Nothing you type or upload is saved, stored or sent to Leovolution or anyone else. There is no account and no cookies, and the try-out keeps nothing in your browser. When you close or refresh the page, it is gone.
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, like the rest of our website.
If you choose "Send my answers", "Email us" or "Send feedback", the page opens your own email app with your answers typed in. Nothing is sent unless you press send yourself. If you do, we treat that email like any other email you send us, as described elsewhere on this page.
Optional link buttons open Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. Leo may also appear on this page, as on every page. Leo's section explains what Leo saves.
Prueba del embudo de Navidad (en español)
La prueba gratuita en leovolution.ai/christmas te hace preguntas sobre tu negocio. Puedes añadir un logotipo y hasta dos fotos. Después, la página muestra borradores de una página de ventas de Navidad.
Todo ocurre solo en tu propio navegador. Nada de lo que escribes o subes se guarda, se almacena ni se envía a Leovolution ni a nadie más. No hay cuenta ni cookies, y la prueba no guarda nada en tu navegador. Cuando cierras o recargas la página, desaparece.
La página carga las fuentes desde Google Fonts, como el resto de nuestra web.
Si eliges "Enviar mis respuestas", "Escríbenos" o "Enviar opinión", la página abre tu propia aplicación de correo con tus respuestas ya escritas. No se envía nada hasta que pulses enviar tú. Si lo haces, tratamos ese correo como cualquier otro que nos escribas, como se explica en otras partes de esta página.
Los botones opcionales de enlace abren Instagram, que tiene su propia política de privacidad. Leo también puede aparecer en esta página, como en todas. La sección de Leo explica qué guarda Leo.
Fonts and hosting
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. Google may receive technical data such as your IP address.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log technical data such as IP addresses, your browser type and the pages requested. This helps keep the site secure and running. We don't control these logs. If you use Leo, what Leo saves also passes through Vercel on its way to Notion.
These companies, and Notion, may handle data outside the UK. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details. We will remove them from our email, WhatsApp, social media messages and any records we keep;
- stop or limit how we use them;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To ask, email support@leovolution.ai. We'll reply within the time the law allows, which is normally one month. We may need to check it's really you first. For Leo, nothing we save identifies you, so please tell us roughly when you used Leo and what you wrote.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. We'd like the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
